Tuma Mizigo - Chatbot Privacy Policy

Information We Collect When you interact with our Tuma Mizigo chat assistant on Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp), we collect: Public Profile Information: Your name, username, and profile picture (as provided by Meta's standard API). Message Content: The text of your queries regarding shipping destinations, package weight, and cargo type.
2. How We Use Your Information We use this data strictly for the following purposes:
a)To generate accurate shipping quotes and estimates.
b)To facilitate pickup or drop-off scheduling.
c)To improve the accuracy of our AI responses.
3. Data Retention & Security (Important)
We value your privacy. We do not store your chat history permanently. Daily Deletion: All chat logs and message content stored in our processing database are permanently deleted every 24 hours.
Please include your Facebook or Instagram username in the body of the email. Our support team will manually purge any remaining logs associated with your ID within 48 hours and confirm via email.
Temporary Processing: Data is only held long enough to process your request and maintain the context of the immediate conversation.
4. Third-Party Sharing We do not sell, trade, or transfer your personally identifiable information to outside parties. Data is processed securely via our internal systems.
